preface
Concept of bode plot
Is a technique for sketching frequency response i.g.(for a filter or amplifier) on a
decibel scale

It called bode plot

According to the name of first person who used this method hendrek wade
bode(1905-1981) in the picture behind
he was a professor of system engineering at Harvard university and v.p.
At bell laboratories

We use semilog to sketch frequency response

with bode plot
(Linear scale for the ordinate and logarithmic scale for abscissa)
This graph is powerful tool in analysis and design of
{frequency_dependent systems}
in using the graph,, we plot versus instead
Of versus
the ordinate for magnitude plot is decibelS
this unit was originally employed to measure the ratio of power ,, its name is backed
to a.g. bell
. 1
bode plot are of two combinations:-

bode bode phase bode

magnitude plot plot normalized plot
The phase Bode plot is Ploting the transfer
We can plot the
obtained by plotting the
magnitude of transfere phase angle of the transfer function with both
function by taking 20 log function given by magnitude and
vout/vin frequency but the
and the plot it versus w And then plot this angle horizontal axis must
versus
Is is input and cutoff
replaced by
frequencies respectively

Let us draw the Bode plot for the following transfer function:
T( j) =

Answer:-
So here we have the factor 1/jw
And k=0.1
and z=10 in the denominator
And z=1 in the numerator
So we will draw each of theme alone and after that we will achieve
the family curve by Calculating the slop at each point
The slop at k is 0 dB/decade ,, the slop at 1/jw is 20 dB/decade and
the same for (jw+1) and 1/(jw/10 + 1)
As shown in the next figue

G ( j) =

Answer:-
The same as we did in the previous example
We will draw each of them alone and after that will get the family curve
We have a k constat after deviding by 10 in the donimiator
The factor is 1/
Z in the doniminator is 10
Z in the numerator is 1
The slop of factor 1/ is -40 dB per decade
For k is 0 dB per decade
Jw+1 is 20 dB/decade
i/jw+10 is -20 dB/decade
