OF ONE-HALF THRUST BEARING CLEARANCE
IS OBTAINED ON THE AXIAL POSITION
MONITOR IN (-) DIRECTION

2) MOVE THE ROTOR AS FAR AS POSSIBLE

3) THE AXIAL POSITION MONITOR SHOULD READ
