Introduction to ethical issues
Most people define Ethics and Morals as the same or use one
to define the other. Morals are guidelines for living that
come from outside sources, usually religious ones while
ethics is a code of conduct from inside yourself. In modern
parlance Ethics are usually meant to be related to an
activity, often business or politics while morals are how to
live the rest of your life.
Ethicalissues is anything that you believe or someone might
believe is right or wrong. Your morals are ethical issues.

(1) Polio eradication/vaccination
program
In recent times, conflict and insecurity have been
particularly damaging to polio eradication efforts.
Governments and NGOs have been reluctant to provide
humanitarian assistance to refugees and internally displaced
persons unless they agreed to polio immunization for their
children; this has eventually raised questions and ethical
challenges.
risk of contracting polio, owing to a variety of reasons
including refusals, inaccessibility of certain geographic
areas, security concerns, lack of female vaccinators, etc.

(2) Family planning program
with Pictorial View
In Pakistan, family planning is an uncomfortable topic fraught
with religious overtones.
Yet clerics in religiously conservative Pakistan tell the Muslim
majority that the Quran instructs women to keep bearing as
many babies as possible. The message from the mullahs is
that contraception is generally haram, or a sin.
According to a new government survey, Pakistan is producing
nearly 4 million babies every year, and most are born into
poverty. The World Bank says 60 percent of Pakistanis live on
less than $2 a day.

(3) ETHICAL ISSUES IN TUBERCULOSIS
PREVENTION, TREATMENT & CARE
In 2015, over 10.4 million people fell ill and about 1.8 million
people died of tuberculosis (TB) including 0.4 million among people
with HIV.
Major achievements have been made in the fight against TB
with 49 million lives saved since 2000.
However, TB remains a crucial health threat, in particular to the
most vulnerable populations all over the world.
Development of, and active transmission of drug-resistant
strains of TB (MDR-TB and XDR-TB), add to the challenge as these
are especially difficult to detect and treat.
