The Short Story

Narrative Structure
Sheriff Woody is an old fashioned cowboy doll
who belongs to Andy, the child in the Toy
Story movie. Woody is Andy's favourite toy
until Andy's birthday party brings a few
surprises especially one in the name of Buzz
Lightyear...In the beginning, Woody and Buzz
are total opposites who can find no common
ground, but through their misadventures and
their battle with the evil brat next door, the
two toys manage to bond and discover that
they can be friends and both be liked by Andy.
