NVIVO is a software that supports qualitative and mixed method research.
It is designed to help you organize, analyze and find insights in unstructured
or qualitative data like interviews, open ended survey responses articles
social media and web content.
When working with qualitative data, if you dont use NVIVO your work will
be more time consuming, challenging to manage, and hard to navigate.
NVIVO gives you a place to organize and manage your material so that you
can start to find insights in your data.
It also provides tools that allow you to ask questions of your data in a more
efficient way.
 METHODOLOGY

DATA SOURCE :-
No specific fieldwork or data collection was commissioned for current
study.
Data analysis conducted in 2011 to 2012 titled by Examining the
differences in uptake of antenatal care between young and old women
in Zomba, Malawi .
This study was conducted to understand the difference in uptake of
antenatal care between young pregnant women and grown up mothers.
DATA MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS :-

This software helps me to analyze and allow me to code both transcripts and audio
files.
The intention of the study was to develop explanations direct from the data, hence
grounded theory approach to analysis was adopted.
In this software audio files takes the form of an audio wave, which can be listened to
and divided up into audio excerpts.
Audio files were listened and relevant audio excerpts were coded to new and or
existing nodes.

analysis.
NVIVO saves researchers from time consuming transcription and boost the
accuracy and speed of the analysis process.
The biggest advantage of using this approach is that you can see everything at once.
If you import PDFs, audio, video, pictures, or web content into your NVIVO
project, you can see your notes and annotations.
NVIVO can be a valuable tool for organizing the literature review.
