Scope
The scope is defining the guidelines, operating procedures and responsibilities for
the management of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) aspects during the
selection of contractors and the management of their activities within the Company
and Projects.
The main aim is defining, at the tender stage, the HSE requirements related to the
service to be contracted. This activity shall be approached in a methodical way by
classifying the various products and services by commodity code.
