Conclusion
While the quantity as well as quality of jobs has increased and
improved respectively, there has been little upward mobility among the
self-employed, casual laborers and regular wage or salaried earners.
Education remains the key to labor mobility.
Job availability
Bangladesh has seen steady job growth and a substantial
decrease in poverty over the past three decades. The country
has added nearly 1.2 million new jobs every year over the last
ten years, and this has been accompanied by increasing real
wages and declining poverty amongst all categories of
workers.
Need for further Study/ My future plan
Complete my MBA degree from a well-known foreign university.
I must learn some additional skills like leadership skill, Analytical ability, good
organizational and time-management skills, communication skill and creative &
potential problem solving skill etc.
Increase my human related qualities like hard working, Smartness, interpersonal
abilities, energy, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication, resilience and self-
discipline, Proactive and Outspoken attitude etc.
Top level job requires professional degree like MBM, CA, CMA etc. so my aim
will be studying one of them.
