Our 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training program is fully

residential and offers you rooms with clean and
comfortable accommodation. We provide 3 major
meals along with tea and snacks. All the meals are
purely satwik and vegetarian throughout the training
program. We provide you training in advanced practice
of asanas, kriya, meditations, teaching methodology
and teaching as a yoga teacher. All these practices with
a strict and disciplined environment will help you
gather the best knowledge and skills to become a
certified yoga teacher after successful completion.
