Clinical formula for fetal weight estimation

(Johnson Toshack Estimated Fetal Weight ) :

Fetal weight (grams) = 155 x (Fundal Height k )

Example :
Fundal Height : 32 cm
155 x (32 12 ) = 3100 grams

k = 11 (fetal head at plus stations)

k = 12 (fetal head at zero station)
k = 13 (fetal head at minus stations)

(Niswander Estimated Fetal Weight ) :

Fetal weight (grams) = (Fundal Height 13) x 450

Fundal Height 32 cm
( 32 cm - 13 ) x 450 = 2850 grams
