Candidates will be required to submit a copy of valid caste/ disability certificate (as applicable) issued by competent
authority, in case they are selected. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to participate in the selection process.

Medical Fitness
Selected candidates will have to undergo a medical test before joining the
organization
Candidates should be of sound physique free from any physical defect
Myopia & Hypermetropia (vision), if any, should be with in permissible limits i.e.
(-) 6.00 & (+) 4.00
Color blindness or squint, partial or full, is not acceptable in any case
Any major medical ailment will debar a candidate from being eligible for the job

Basic Salary and Scale
50% of Basic pay is paid as Perks & 12450/-pm (inclusive of Professional Updation Allowance, Educational
allowances Support Allowance, Transport Subsidy, LFA, Medical, House
keeping allowance, Fitness allowance etc.)
Over & above 50% of Basic Pay as Perks 18521.65/-pm is the value of (Entertainment, Leave Encashment,
& Allowances Communication, PC on Hire, Mobile Handset, Remote
Facility, Accident Compensation)
Annual Performance Related 8566/-pm ( paid annually subject to Individual/Business/Companys
Pay performance and availability of profits )
Superannuation Benefits (30% of Basic + 16359/-pm (PF, Gratuity, post retirement medical benefit & New
DA) (DA figures updated as on July 2017) Pension scheme)

Salary Components (cont.)
Over and above the CTC,
You are eligible for conveyance reimbursement ( less transport subsidy ), if you own
two wheeler or four wheeler and use the same at the place of posting
On confirmation in service, you are entitled for Remote Access Facility, PC on hire and
Vehicle loan ( Two or Four wheeler ). You are also entitled for Furniture on Hire after 3
years of service with BPCL.
In addition, you can avail Housing Loan after 3 years of service in the Corporation
