SORE THROAT
Nothing is a sore throat better than a spoonful of honey. Have a teaspoon of honey mixed in
warm water with a bit of lemon juice and black pepper. An effective remedy is to suck a nail for
a few hours. A teaspoon of garlic powder mixed with a few drops of milk that works well to help
relieve sore throat. Prepare Beer brew 2 inch piece of ginger in 1 cup water. Add teaspoon
black pepper powder and a pinch of turmeric powder to it. Taste the honey and sip the hot
drink to relieve the sore throat.
TOOTHACHE

A toothache can leave writhing in pain and make you feel paralyzed at times. Placing a nail
near the aching tooth is undoubtedly the best remedy to reduce pain and swelling. A salt gargle
with a pinch of turmeric powder dissolved in it is an effective analgesic. Repeat if necessary.
COUGH
Lemon tea with a few drops of ginger juice is one of the most effective home remedies for coughing.
Try sucking honey infused milk or hot water throughout the day to relieve those irritating moments.
A blend of ginger juice with lemon and honey also relieves coughing. Calm the throat and clear the
mucus to control the cough.
EARACHE
Add a clove of garlic for a teaspoon of sesame oil, heat the mixture and add two or three drops
in the affected ear. Lie down before applying the ear remedy. Hold this position for about ten
minutes. A good alternative is to hold a warm compress against the affected ear to reduce pain
and discomfort and dissolve hardened earwax.

HEADACHE
The headaches do not leave you empty and you can not go about your daily tasks. Cinnamon
helps treat headaches caused by stress, irregular sleep, and colds. Make a cinnamon spice pasta
crushing and mixed with a few drops of water. Apply the paste to the front for quick relief.
Prepare a mixture of black peppercorn powder and turmeric powder with a little "water, warm
and apply it on the forehead gently." You will find your headache escaping in a few minutes.
However, it is not recommended for people with sensitive skin.
NASAL CONGESTION
A breath of eucalyptus oil can work wonders to relieve ugly nasal congestion. The oil, used for
centuries as a remedy for colds, acts on the receptors of the mucous membranes to relieve
congestion. To use eucalyptus oil in a remedy, add 3-4 drops of a cup of boiling water and
inhale the steam for about ten minutes. Repeat twice a day to cure congestion quickly. Ingestion
of a black pepper loaded smoky cauldron of hot chicken soup to unlock nasal congestion. These
are all effective home remedies for nasal congestion disease.
URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS

A good remedy for urinary tract infection is to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
This helps the body eliminate toxins to treat a urinary tract infection. Cranberry juice is
also a good remedy to relieve UTI as it is a good source of Vitamin C and Quinolic acid
that prevent bacteria from multiplying the walls of the bladder. Drink about 12 to 24 ml
of cranberry juice until the infection clears. Increase intake of vitamin C to fight these
bacteria activation.
WOUNDS
While excessive consumption of sugar can drastically increase your waist, the same sugar could actually
heal your wound. Sprinkle with granulated sugar on the affected area in generous amounts. Sugar
absorbs water present in the wound, killing bacteria, thus leading to faster healing.
The healing properties and antiseptic nature of honey is well known and that is why it is one of the
ingredients for excellence in various home remedies for diseases. The application of honey aids to heal
wounds faster, while also ensuring that the wound is not infected.
BITES AND STINGS
If it has been bitten by ants and mosquitoes or bitten by a bee, only the soap is applied.
The alkaline constituent soap will neutralize the acids by the bite to relieve itching and
irritation. A cotton ball soaked in vinegar will control the pain immediately. A good care is
a mixture of cider vinegar and baking soda can spread on the affected area.
ACIDITY
A good home remedy for heartburn is a mixture made up of equal parts of honey
and apple cider vinegar in a cup of hot water. The blend relieves acidity quickly, to
relieve the pain and discomfort caused by the disease. A glass of fresh milk also helps
to relieve the burning sensation, especially if you are pregnant.
GASTRITIS

3 glasses of soy milk 5 sprigs of parsley. 5 sprigs of watercress.


Blend and drink 1 glass after each meal for 6 months.
PARASITES
Ingredients:
1 bottles of mezcal (bought in any liquor store), 1 fist of Stafiate or Epazote (grass a little bitter)
preparation:
1. Mix the Esfiate or Epazote with the mezcal.
Leave to macerate for 3 days.
2. Take a drink without getting out of bed.
Remain lying down for 10 to 20 minutes after taking it.
