ISSUES AND CONCERNS ACTIONS TAKEN
1. Branch does not allow the OFW ATM Account DRMD faxed a copy of the BSP Circular
despite presentation of one (1) unexpired photo on Valid ID cards for Financial
bearing ID and Referral Letter Transactions and Executive Order (EO)
No. 55 and discussed it with the
branch personnel.
2. Customer Associate instructs the OFW or OFW Reminded the Customer Associate of
beneficiary to go to DRMD and have the Referral the provision in the EO No. 55 and
Letter originally signed by authorized signatory that provided copy of the same. DRMD
most of the time irritates the OFWs or OFW still signs the Referral Letter just to
beneficiaries facilitate/hasten the account opening
and appease the already irritated
OFWs or OFW beneficiaries.
ISSUES AND CONCERNS ACTIONS TAKEN
3. OFW and OFW beneficiaries of Seabird were turned- Called on branches concerned and

8. LBRS users of some branches were not yet enrolled ORG issued memo reminders to
