- I teach Romanian Literature and Grammar since 1995;
- In 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 collaborating with partners from
different European schools to submit Erasmus +KA 219 proposals
as partner or as coordinator;
- I'm the coordinator of my school in the Erasmus+ KA 219 ,,
EUROPEAN FOLK TALES: HIDDEN TREASURES" (2016-
2018) and participated at all activities of the project and all 3
TPMs of the Project;
- I'm the coordinator of my school's new Erasmus+ project KA219
,, No Place For Hate" (2017-2019);
- Im the coordinator of my school in the Erasmus+ KA 101 ,, New
Times, Improved Teachers;
- actively participated in three eTwinning projects, as one of the
founders of the etwinning projects ,, A child, a tree, a
community, ,, European folk tales: hidden treasures", ,, No
Place for hate;
- Actively participated in 1 Transnational Project Meeting as a
member of the Romanian management team/ Comenius BE A
EURO-ECO CITIZEN ( 2009-2011) where the school was a
partner

,,Teaching and learning through fairy
tales is one of the most pleasant way, both
for teachers and students. The Project
focuses on the inclusion of all, giving
positive messages about diversity, where
we value differences and other cultures.
We wish to support individualized
approaches to learning that build on
learners preferred learning styles and
processes.

POSITIVE RESULTS
the innovative activities and dimension of the school will increase.
The current schools population and future students will benefit from the initiatives
undertaken by the project participants.
Concrete materials such as the books we create will be used in our schools for years to come
and copies will be provided to local libraries.
Our innovative activities will include stakeholders outside the school: Elderly community
members, parents involved in our European marketplace, people being interviewed or giving
presentations at school, students presenting outcomes of research through blogs and You
Tube movies, exhibitions during Open days events.
The results, related articles, CDs, photos and links will be uploaded on the school
websites and the web page of the project which are the open sources for the people all
around the world.
A clearer understanding of the variety of cultures which make
up our modern Europe and the place they have in a
contemporary Europe.
THE
Sharing each other's folk tales and finding out the differences and IMPACT
similarities between them will help the students and teachers
belonging themselves to European culture.
The pupils developing their communication, learning and artistic
skills through the whole project activities, enriching the students'
creative skills.
For the staff and teachers of all partners schools sharing teaching
methodologies and learning styles. Encouraging the use of ICT
and foreign languages by the students and the teachers.
Students enhance their inter cultural awareness and awareness of
EU values.
HOW IT CAN BE REPLICATED?
Lectures, workshops, seminars for all interested parties ( schools staff,
NGO's general public).
Through the sharing of good practice with other schools in the area.
E-Twinning channels and EST (European shared treasure).
European dissemination platform.
Internet access ensures information is available for all with a blog detailing
Projects activities and products.
