The original Pylon need dealers removed by themselves , If need we help to remove, pay the cost for us .

Listen to the dealers requirement about the location of Pylon.

Outside Pylon
If or not need to adjust the size of Pylon contact with dealer. (two types: option 6m and 10m)

After installation of Pylon, the finishing work of the lower part by the dealer.

If the floor tile is not have damage or discoloration, explain to the dealer to keep clean .

If it's time for business and need to replace the floor tile, We'll install them section by section.

Recommended dealers buy the floor tiles more than 10% in order to facilitate maintenance.

Recommended the consent are installe on the ground .

If need to maintenance or replacement , be sure to confirm the accuracy of the construction plan.

Based on the onsite survey & client meeting, PM and Designers have internal meeting for
Team Meeting brief sharing.
Step 1
for Briefing Need cross-check whats requested by dealer and the overall condition of the onsite.
Output : The grade for the shop should be decided.
The confirmed grade for the shop, overall condition of the onsite and whats the basic concept
Setting up the D for the design will be discussed between each team.
Step 2
esign Concept The above will be also reported to the MD for setting up the suitable design concept for each
project.
Based on the measured size of the onsite, the designer can start the basic drawing work
(Layout Drawing).In Layout Drawing, need to mark the location of the Gate.
Using the Gate as a center based, lay the Grid on the floor. Detail
Step 3 CAD Drawing Once Grid is added, print out the drawing paper and then start the basic-layout work by
hand drawing. (reference)
Once the hand-drawing is done, the designer can start CAD Drawing.
If necessary, the designer can discuss with the other team-members or asked the MD for advice.
Using the Final Layout done the designer speaks to his/her team-manager for the review and
its further correction.
Following the layout revision and MDs approval, the designer works on the additional revising

1. Preparation Stage
Need confirmation on Gate-position by reflecting the decision made from group-meeting.

Due to many Mezzanine-structure in India, checking and measuring the lower level height is very important.
(i.g it helps us figure out whether our furniture can be accessed or not)
If theres no change of the onsite wall-structure, it is necessary to find
the suitable space where the Product Zone can be installed properly.
Once the position of the wall confirmed, the layout plan for furniture display needs to be considered.
5.Furniture
Need arrangement of the suitable location for Customer Lounge.
(Check first if the edge-side of the total space can be used or not, and if possible, the space where displaying
Product Zone together is better)
It is recommended to place both Glass Top Table and Chairs where
the spare space is available (i.g space between vehicle 1 vehicle 2).

Up to this stage, the Scale Grid needs to be laid in the Floor Plan.
Step 3 Referring to the above information, both the agreement and final decision need to be made
between each party.
Step 5 Final approval and sign need to be done by the following persons.
