Leave: All employees would be eligible for 22 days leave in a year, which are non-encashable .
Leave calculation will be done from April to March cycle.
Leave taken “Without Notice” will be deducted from Salary.

Holiday List:
For employees operating from customer site: Will be governed by the holiday list of
customer site.

Office Hours:
As per instructed from Site.

Attendance:
Maintained by software, late attendance will be treated after grace period of 10 minuets
from sharp “in-time”.

Medical:
All employees will be eligible for ESI as per government regulation.

Confirmation:
General Probation Period is 6 months, it may increase/decrease depending on
Employee’s Performance.
No salary review will be done during confirmation other than exceptional cases.
Employee’s remuneration is strictly between
Employee & the Company.
