 Reporting
Reporting is one of the major
activities to sustain ongoing projects.
 Why?
1) The donors who fund projects expect proof
to ensure that their money is being used
wisely.
2) Reporting is the best way to share our
effectiveness to tell donors that our work is
changing peoples lives positively.
3) Donors continuing to fund programs, greatly
depends on the quality of report we send.
 Why do you need to report?

1. To keep donors motivated to keep giving.

2. To be accountable about the funding we receive.
3. To be able to evaluate program sustainability.

Stability of projects = Stability of our employment.

 Stories Must Relate to AHT

The stories must reflect the motivation behind

why the donor is giving their money

Anti-Human Trafficking.

Stories must be supported by a proper picture

wherever possible.
 POOR WORK = POOR REPORTING.

Only through quality of our work we can present

quality reports.

Reporting is directly proportional to the tasks we

do.

Compelling, emotional stories

Pictures that speaks in volumes

Authentic Numbers
Each Rescued Clients Will have a Story
Providing only the rescued number will not
suffice. It must be accompanied by some stories.

Eg. If there are 10 rescue, at least, there must be

two rescue stories provided.

Note : Most of the stories we receive are of

Interception.

Every Interception must be documented.
Names Place of destination- Place where
they come from- if possible, their cell number
should be recorded/written.

Have human-trafficking activities through

Have we not done our work properly? Or,
