As in the present study design of composite column was done using the guidelines
provided by INSDAG manual. It can be extended to design of composite column using
Eurocode: 4 and comparing the results with results obtained in present study.

The analysis of present study is limited to buildings having both plan regularity as well
as vertically regular. It can be extended to buildings having irregularity in plan and
elevation. This involves analysis of three dimensional building frames that accounts for
torsional effects.

In the present study composite column considered at ground level. The study can be
extended to effect of soft storey with composite column at different floor levels.

Analysis can be done considering composite column with mix structure in which the
connection between Steel building stacked over RCC building is very major factor.

For the analysis of composite column, only I section was considered so it can be
extended to various steel sections i.e. channel section, hollow box section etc.

Vertically regular or irregular buildings with basement are not considered in this study.
The present methodology can be extended to such buildings also.
