 ELEMENTARY EDUCATION MAJOR
A program that prepares individuals to teach students in the elementary
grades.
Kindergarten through fifth grade
Teach all subject
Elementary education majors like to work with people, are effective leaders,
are good with children age 12 and younger.
Working as an elementary school teacher, it puts individuals in the position to
work with students from various communities, religious backgrounds and
ethnicities.
 DUTIES OF ELEMENTARY TEACHERS

instruct young students in basic subjects, such as math and reading, in order
to prepare them for future schooling.
They generally work school hours when students are present, nights and
weekends
Generally teachers work in public and private schools.
Give assignments
Give exams
Grade papers
Prepare Lessons

Private Teachers= $44,550 per year
