technology
The study and ethical practice of facilitating learning
and improving performance by creating, using, and
managing appropriate technological and resources

Involves the disciplined application of knowledge for the
purpose of improving learning, instruction and/or

and learning namely;
(a) setting of learning objectives
(b) designing specific learning experiences
(c) evaluating the effectiveness of the learning experiences vis--vis
the learning objectives, and
(d) revision as needed of the whole teaching-learning process, or
elements of it, for further improving future instructional activities
