DOCTOR STEPHEN STRANGE IS THE HERO IN THIS MOVIE. He is arrogant
neurosurgeon how is in the quest for knowledge and is a incredibly fast learner.
He uses his sorcery to defeat Kaecillus and stop Dormammu from taking Earth to
his Dark Dimension. He is being trained by Mordo and the Ancient one.
Ancient One/ Baron Mordo
Ancient One character archetypes are mentor and a Scapegoat. Ever since
Kaecillus destruction towards the sanctums. There was no protection from other
dimensions but her death spread out throughout earth that provided some sort of
protective shield. Ancient one informs Doctor strange of many dimension but
warns him of other dimension that threaten earth.

Baron Mordo character archetype are mentor-Pupil Relationship and threshold

Guardian. Mordo helps strange to master mystic arts and how to properly use, but
Mordo would test his sorcery skills and loyalty towards the Ancient One. Mordo is
also a Loyal Retainer because both Mordo and Strange fought Kaecillus in order
to stop the dark dimension
Kaecillus/ZEalots/Dormammu
Kaecillus: the Devil

He first learned from Ancient One but he reject her teaching and question her. His
goal was to destroy all three sanctums to summon Dormammu from the dark
Dimensions

ZEalots : Kaeciluss Minions follow his teachings and beliefs

Dormammu: The Creature of the nightmare from the dark dimension has infinite
power and conqueror of worlds. Dormammu wants to invade all universe and
capture all the worlds to bring to his Dark Dimension, but he hungers for earth

Archetypical Journey: The Quest For Knowledge

Departure: Doctor Stephen Strange is arrogant neurosurgeon, that injured his

hands in an accident. He had multiple torn ligaments and nerve damage. Christine
Palmer, co-worker tells him to move on but he pursue to heal his hands with
experimental surgeries. Strange learns of Jonathan Pangborn that just magical
starts walking again after being paralyzed mid-chest down. Jonathan tells him
about Kamar-TAj were supposedly he heals his body.

Initiation: He learns of Of the Ancient One and she tells strange that he can heal
his body through belief. Knowing Strange he doesnt believe any of this but
Ancient One demonstrates her powers, reveals his astral form and other
The Road of Trials/ The Innermost Cave/Return and Reintegration
Road of Trials: DOctor Strange sourcey skills are improving. He learns of the Eye of
Agamotto (time Stone) that could reverse time or fast forward time. He learns that kaecillus
stole pages from book of Cagliostro that can start a ritual to summon Dormammu from the
dark dimension. There three sanctums across earth is a protective shield from the dark
dimension. Kaecillus goal is to destroy all three sanctums and he ends up destroying the
London sanctum in order to summon Durammu.

The Innermost Cave: Since Kaecillus destroyed the London sanctum. Its up to Doctor
Strange to defend the New York Sanctum from Kaecillus. Kaecillus reveals that Ancient one
harness dark energy from the dark dimension to have a long life. Kaecillus kills the ancient
one and begins his attack on the HOng Kong Sanctum. The attack on the Hong Kong
sanctum causes the dark dimension to appear in the sky. Strange uses the time stone to
reverse time and creates an infinite time loop in the dark dimension trapping him and
Dormammu. He gives up his life so the people in earth wont be trapped in the dark

The color on Kaecillus sorcery skill is red it can symbolize somewhat an evil or
dark energy.

The color orange Of Strange Sorcery can symbolize good or positive energy

Hero/Devil Figure
I would have through go to many stages in college. I would have to take general
education so i can prepare myself to choose major. Once I choose the major ill
have to use does skills so i can progress in college. I must commit to study hard
and pass all my exams.

Devil Figure: I believe the devil figure in my journey would be me. The reason why
is because in all my highschool yeaer my performance was not the best. I feel like
might have the same bad habits in college. I procrastinate and have bad study
habits.
Mentor/ Loyal Retainers
Randy Colon would be the mentor for my stage of journey.. I
would keep in contact with for any guidence I May need. Mr.
Colon would be type of teacher i would come to ask for
personal and academical questions. Hes well educated and
composed person.

Another form of mentors would be the Educational

will assign a counselor who will guide me through my

The Loyal Retainers in my journey can be friends or classmates together
we will go on journey to graduate from college.
The Heros Journey
Departure/Initiation
Departure: My Departure would be me graduating from High school with some of
educational skills and moving on to college. I would have leave the people i truly
love and respect behind so i can learn more in college.

Initiation: I would have to attend college and take my two years of General
Education. Ill have counselors and professor guiding me in college. They will help
choose the a major that best fits me. Ill use the Educational Opportunity Program
because they provide tutor that will help support me in school. They EOP provides
money so I can pay for books, supplies, and other necessities.
the Road of Trial/Innermost Cave/Return and Reintegration
The Road of trials: The road of trial is when I choose my major because i will use
the skills from general education and apply them to the major I chose. For
example, I major in computer science, I will need to be good in science and math.
Computer science is very competitive major so Ill have to work and study hard.

Innermost Cave: The innermost cave would be on classes i take for the major i
choose. Since the major is very competitive then class are going to be difficult.
Passing all my Midterm and final exams difficult.

Return and Reintegration: Once I graduate from school I will be able to use
computer science and use it in the the real world.

Peter/SUsan/Lucy
Peter is the hero of the story he trains to become a strong leader. He leads
Aslans army to fight against the witch so he can rescue his brother. He is willing
to sacrifice his own life so he can rescue his brother.

Susan is being motivated by Aslan to fight alongside his brother to defeat the
White Witch.

Lucy uses a healing potion that Alan gave her revive everyone after a war.
Aslan
Aslan is the mentor he helps the children in their journey, guides them and to overcome
challenges. Her trains the kids for battle against the White Witch.
The Evil Figure
The Evil figure will the White Witch, she wants to conquer the world of Narnia and
rule all over them. She captures Edmund as for of extortion.
Heros Journey
Departure/Initiation
Departure: The Children are in the journey to find Aslan(Mentor) so they can save
their brother from the white Witch. The White Witch send troops attack the kids so
they wont be able to reach Aslan.

Initiation: All the kids find Aslan and pick their choice of weapon. There mentor
Aslan trains the kids so they can be ready to fight in war. Susan is be trained to
use a revive potion so she heal if anyone dies.
Road Of Trial/Innermost cave/ Return and Reintegration
Road of trials: The White Witch troop attacks Peter while training but Aslan troops
come so they can help Peter. Aslan tell his troops to stand down so Aslan can test
his skills in battle. He defeats the White Witchs troop and says hes ready for war.

Innermost Cave: The Children go into war and many around them are dying. Petre
sees the Witch on her own and attempts to fight her but gets injured.

REturn And Reintegration: Once the kids get their brother. Aslan the mentor crown
the kids as kings and queen of Narnia. Alsan trustees them to keep Narnia safe.
