THE DANGERS OF CHOLESTEROL
• Fat (cholesterol + triglycerides) accumulates in the walls of
blood vessels  narrowed and clogged blood vessels

• In the Heart Coronary Heart Disease
• In the Brain Stroke
• In the EyeSudden blind (Rare Case)

• FATAL complication can result, even DEATH

REDUCE ANIMAL FOOD PRODUCTS CONSUMPTION
• Brain, organ meats, egg yolks, fatty red meat (beef, lamb,
pork), and animal fats

INCREASE FRESH FISH CONSUMPTION, AS ANTIOXIDANTS


• Suggested for fish consumption of 2-3 times per week

REDUCE CONSUMPTION OF PURE CARBS


• Refined carbohydrates: sugar
• Sweet foods such as soy sauce, shredded, beef jerky,
chocolate
• INCREASE FIBER CONSUMPTION
– Vegetables and fruits are contain high soluble fiber 
such as: water squash, eggplant, radish, melon,
watermelon, starfruit and guava
– foods that contain high soluble fiber  jelly, seaweed,
grass jelly

• SOYBEAN MILK CONSUMPTION


• USE LITTLE OF OIL FOR COOKING
– Sautéing, boiling, cook, bake and steaming
Foodstuff that recommended

• Rice in sufficient quantities, high-fiber bread,


sweet potatoes, potatoes, cassava, cereals.
• Fresh fish, skinless chicken, egg whites, tempe,
tofu, nuts, soy milk, low fat milk, yogurt and low-
fat cheese.
• Fresh fruits and fresh vegetables or in juice form,
as the source of fiber.
• Olive oil, Rice brand oil, Canola, sunflower seed
oil, corn, sesame, soy.
Foodstuffs are avoided

• Food products / fatty cakes and beverages, such as cake ,pie,


dodol, cola, syrup, candy, alcohol, sugar.
• lamb, pork, brain, bowel, yellow eggs, sausage, whole milk
sweetened condensed milk, cream, yogurt and cheese made
from whole milk, ice cream.
• The vegetables are cooked with butter, cheese, coconut milk.
Preserved Fruit with sugar such as canned fruit, candied fruit.
• Butter, lard, coconut milk, coconut, mayonaise

heart rate (220 - age) for 20-30 minutes

– Frequency of training: 4-5 times per week

• Selai kacang 2 sendok teh (20 gram)
• Sayuran/Salad 1 mangkuk sedang
• Margarin (:meadowlea) 1 sendok teh (5 gram)
• Susu kedelai/susu rendah lemak bubuk 4 sendok
makan rata/peres(20 gram)/gelas
• Gula pasir / madu 1-2 sendok teh (10 gram)
Selingan Pukul 10.00:

• Buah/ Juice segar Apel atau Pier 1 buah sedang

• Siang:
• Nasi 1 gelas belimbing (150 gram)
• Ikan / ayam tanpa kulit 1 potong sedang (50 gram /berat mentah)
• Tempe 2 potong sedang ( 50 gram/berat mentah)
• Sayuran/lalapan sayur 1 mangkuk sedang
• Buah Nenas/Pepaya 1 potong sedang (100 gram)
• Minyak Canola/Minyak Jagung (gunakan untuk menumis 1 – 2 macam
masakan)
