Apply The Rule To The Facts

 Apply the rule to the relevant facts of the case;
 Determine whether the facts satisfy the legal rule;
 Compare and contrast the facts of previously
decided case with the facts of the problem case;
 Discuss any counter-arguments and exceptions that
may apply.
 State Your Conclusion

 Conclude by answering each of the issues that you
posed at the beginning of your analysis;
 Evaluate the arguments and counter-arguments.
