Sump Room flooring, roof and wall cracks

• Interior walls plastering and flooring is not done
• 3600 wall crack is found, which may lead to wall
sliding during heavy rain and wind flow.
• Water proofing and proper concrete laying is not
done on the roof top.
Car parking area flooring quality is not good

• Many pot holes are found


• Flooring quality is very poor and at many
places the floor is exhibiting powdered
granular cement.
• Patches at many places are found it is spoiling
the ambience of the car parking area.
Corridors floor levelling issue leading to water
logging in corridors and entering into Lifts

• Corridor floors in all floors of block I and II are not
having proper levelling
• This is leading to water logging in the corridors
and entering into lifts
• It is creating slippery surface and can also damage
lifts
Poor quality of roads

Road ruptures are found at many
places and quality of laying roads
seems to be not up to the standards
Poor quality and not flexible drainage covering lids

Problem description
• The covered lids are not serving the purpose
• Residents are getting bad smell due to
opening of the drainage
• For cleaning purposes the flexible open and
closing mechanism is not provided hence it
may lead to unavoidable expenses during
cleaning of drainages.
• The ambience is spoiled
Overhead Tank Area – Cracks, Water logging Issues

• Proper water flow paths are not made for the water
collected on the roof top where the overhead tanks are
placed
• This is leading to water damping in the walls and create
damage to walls
• Unwanted materials are not cleared and pipes are not laid
properly.
• Proper support is not provided for the pipes running from
overhead tank
• Lids already damaged and many places it is disappeared
Water logging issues near the building structures

Problem description
• Water logging in floor areas due to improper
levelling and improper drainage creating slippery
surface
• Water logging near compound walls which will
cause damage to compound walls

bent slightly
Poor Quality of plumbing work

pipes leading to dampness and
damage of walls and the building
structures
• This also spoils the ambience of the
premises due to patches created due
to dampness
Lift Room Issues

• Proper safety measures are not taken inside the
lift room
• Panels of lift room are kept open, that may lead to
damage of wires and other electrical circuitry
• Staircase provided for the lift is of poor quality
and installations are not properly done at many
places.
• Flooring and window placement of the lift room is
of poor quality
Fire protection system Issues

• Proper safety measures are not taken for the fire
security and protection systems
• Panels of the fire system are kept open, that may
lead to damage of wires and other electrical
circuitry
• The electric motor placed needs a good enclosure
to protect against environmental changes and
rusting.
