Complete food program: –
ACCORDING TO
THE REQUIREMENT OF YOUR BODY
(3-month period for diabetes and
weight loss)
OILS TO BE TAKEN:
• “Oils – No Refined sunflower oil (No) – should not
use”
• Coconut oil (Yes) 100% Result - only oil with lauric
acid
• Cow Ghee (Yes) 40% original
• Olive oil (Yes) 40% Result – not for fry
• Butter (Yes) 40% Result - Amul, Vijaya
• Cheese (Yes) 40% Result
• Venna from curd can be taken
SALT
• Panneer-100% protien
• Take 100 g of paneer every day
• Without coconut water - Mudhuru kobbari, endu
kobbari, half chippa every day.

• Coffee, tea: without milk or sugar
• Take decotion and cream.
• Bulletproof coffee (decotion+light cream).
• Green tea, white tea- sugar-free

water majjiga.

overnight in water.

• Watermelon seeds
• Upto 5-6 spoons

How to eat: –
• Eat as you wish when you feel hungry. You
should not eat for every hour or two.
• Eat when you feel that you are very hungry.
• Without times When the body asks you to eat.
• Eat alone until you feel hungry, not satisfied
with a full stomach.
• Eat again when you are hungry. Do not eat to
satisfy the desire.

types of ginjaalu should be banned. No
minappapu, chenagapappu in thaalimpu.
