Complete food program: –
ACCORDING TO
THE REQUIREMENT OF YOUR BODY
(3-month period for diabetes and
weight loss)
OILS TO BE TAKEN:
• “Oils – No Refined sunflower oil (No) – should not
use”
• Coconut oil (Yes) 100% Result - only oil with lauric
acid
• Cow Ghee (Yes) 40% original
• Olive oil (Yes) 40% Result – not for fry
• Butter (Yes) 40% Result - Amul, Vijaya
• Cheese (Yes) 40% Result
• Venna from curd can be taken
SALT

Salt-Kallu Uppu Only (Sea Salt)


EGGS
• Egg full with yolk (white and yellow) - 1-6 per day
• Omlet … Either way
• Or Mix any Vegetables and make Curry Omlets
• Take this egg or egg curry directy
• Donot eat along with rice or chapathi’s
NON-VEG
• Less than 300grams a day – plain meat without rice and chapathi’s
• Chicken, lamb, prawns, fish, any vegetables
• 300g a day (every day) Do not use tamarind.
• Naatu kodi, naatu eggs very good for health.
• Without rice and without chapatis
• Salt, chili powder, turmeric, lemon, garlic paste and ginger to
marinate.
• Homemade garam masala.
Can also Deep fridge- 2 h - marinate
Fry in the oils mentioned above.
No curd, color, corn flour, sauce, etc.
Non-veg
Outdoor food: – If necessary
• Chicken tandoori (without color)
• Chicken Tikka (without color)
• Chicken kebab (without color)
• Grilled chicken (without color)
• No taste salt- no ajinamoto
SOUP
• Lamb bone soup.
• 1 kg lamb bones
• 2 liters of water and 12 whitles
• Transfer to a large vessel. Add 4 Ltrs water.
• Keep that in a small stove and sim
approximately for 7 hours. Add the
vegetables if you want at last 45 minutes
• Take out all the pulp and drink only soup.

• Every day (First 10 days) of the program.
• 70-100g fat for sure
• Not cheese
• Prefers soup with fat.
• Next days of the program: –
• 40-70g of fat depends on the person
• If there is wastage, add more 10g.

• Obviously, a non-vegetarian has to take vegetables
regularly for fibre content.
8 vegetables that should not be taken: –
• Potato
• Chama
• Kanda
• Pendalam
• Chilakada
• Beet root
• Raw banana
• Beans, Naatu Chikkudu, Bataani.

• Except that above (above 8+3)11 vegetables , you
can take all the other vegetables. You can also
mix curry milk.
• The Mulagaaku leaves should be taken regularly.

All vegetables except, above exempt ones. Add 1/2
liter of water in the pot and place 7 whistles.
Remove the pulp and drink the soup. Add thalimpu,
garlic paste and ginger, etc.

• Panneer-100% protien
• Take 100 g of paneer every day
• Without coconut water - Mudhuru kobbari, endu
kobbari, half chippa every day.

• Coffee, tea: without milk or sugar
• Take decotion and cream.
• Bulletproof coffee (decotion+light cream).
• Green tea, white tea- sugar-free

leaves try it as a variety instead of oil.

Like Lemon Majjiga, Jeera Majjiga.

• Each person must take 3 lemons
• Avoid salt in Majjiga, For sure.
• Take 2 Ltrs curd and add 3 Ltrs of water.
• Add mirchi, ginger, garlic, etc. and store it in
the fridge
• Take only the top layer water. You should not
take the pulp of curd present below.

• You should drink 4 liters of water directly or
water majjiga.

• 1 Multi Vitamin Tablet daily. For sure.
• Buy in medical store.
Nuts: – Not compulsory
• Nuts: – Not compulsory (But use to get stamina and
energy)
• Badam-less than 10- Soak overnight in water and eat
• Wallnut / acrut – 15 (relief of spondulities) Soak
overnight in water.
Can also use:
• Gummadi Ginjali,
• Poddu thirigudu ginjalu,
• Watermelon seeds
• Upto 5-6 spoons
Other nuts
• Tella Nuvvulu
• Avisin Ginjalu or flax seeds
• 1/4 kg each and fry in ghee and make powder
• Take that powder of 3-5 tablespoons per day.
How to eat: –
• Eat as you wish when you feel hungry. You
should not eat for every hour or two.
• Eat when you feel that you are very hungry.
• Without times When the body asks you to eat.
• Eat alone until you feel hungry, not satisfied
with a full stomach.
• Eat again when you are hungry. Do not eat to
satisfy the desire.
Do not take this food: – (Until the end
of the program)
• -Rice and related articles
• -Dhanyalu as jonnalu, raagulu, soojjalu, etc. All
types of ginjaalu should be banned. No
minappapu, chenagapappu in thaalimpu.
• -No candy and consolidated foods.
• -No fruit and fruit juices
• -No drinks , smoking and gutka’s
