TEAM PREFERENCES QUESTIONNAIRE

For each of the questions allocate 10 points to


reflect your preferences for what you think your
team should ideally be like.

The points can be allocated in any way you think fit


(for example A-0; B-5; C-3; D-2 = 10).

Then repeating the exercise allocating the points


according to what you think your team is actually
like.

IDEAL & ACTUAL: SCORING
 The questionnaire measures your performance in terms of the
External/Internal and Task/People dimensions that were
discussed earlier.

 This of course is only approximate but should help you to see


your orientation and whether you think your team has the same
orientation or not. If it is widely different, you may find it
difficult to work happily within it.

 The words you used to describe your ideal team should also
help you to identify your preferences.
