Rule 6: Use English at all times, it is the only way to improve.
Rule 7: Do not translate what your teacher says, please.
Rule 8: Take risks and learn from your mistakes.
MENDING ORIENTED ACTIONS
• If the students take the motivation to misbehave he/she will
less from 1 to ten points of his/her participation mark.
• If the students distract others he/she has to talk in front of the
class and apologize.
• If the students frequently have a bad behavior will be notified
in the folder of behavior.
PORTFOLIO (Divided by terms and it’s a grade)

Speaking – Writing project:
• An Oral Presentation. The students will talk
about five characteristics of their communities.
They can use slides or posters to illustrate.
• SPEAKING PROJECT:
1. Pronunciation
2. Fluency (Student acted as a facilitator, helping the conversation flow and
develop).
3. Length of the speech
4. Proper use of various structures
5. Vocabulary used in class was used properly to communicate
6. Voice and non-verbal communication (Pronunciation was clear and inflection
and expressions were used to enhance communication.)
7. Listening (Student responded to questions with appropriate answers,
acknowledged all statements, and incorporated them into the discussion.)
8. Creativity displayed in bringing all the material necessary to carry out the
activity
9. Eye contact: look at the audience during the entire presentation while speaking.
10. Use of notecards: look at audience while speaking, not reading straight from
the notecards.

group.
4. Business: When workers make or sell things or do
work for others.
5. Laws: Rules put by the government.

a community, state, or country.

of a society.
9. Safe: secure from danger.
10. Traffic Laws: they are the laws which regulate
vehicles, pedestrians, animals etc.
What is a community?

A community is a group of people who live and work in


the same place.

The people who live in a community and belong to a


community are called citizens.

Citizens in a community may belong to different


cultures. People often bring some of their culture to a
community. They share their foods, clothing, music and
art.

Businesses help people in communities meet their


wants and needs.
Following Rules and Laws

The rules that a community makes are called


laws. Laws keep order in a community and
keep people safe. For exaple, traffic laws help
people travel safely.

These laws are put by the government which is


in charged of creating them.
