GUIDELINES FOR USE

INTRODUCTION
• Used for IV drug administration needs.
• Flow rate range: 0.1- 200 ml/hr
• Flow rate accuracy: ± 1% on mechanism ; ± 2 % on syringes.
• Syringe capacities: 5, 10, 20, 30/35, 50/60 CC.
• Infusion Modes:
• ml/h (0.1 ml/h increments).
• Volume / time: Volume to infuse 0.1 to 99.9 ml / Time: 0 h 01 to 96 h 00.
• Volume limit: 0.1-999.9 ml (0.1 ml increments).
• Bolus: Manual bolus: Rate 50-1200 ml/h (50 ml/h increments).

INSTALLATION.
• Can be placed on table, pole or
rail.
• 2 devices max can be assembled
together during infusion.
• 3 devices max can be assembled on
a pole or for transportation.
• For fixing the pump push the fixing
button and screw the clamp screw.
• Place the syringe with IV set
in cradle and secure using syringe
barrel clasp.
• Move pusher forward to syringe
head.
OPERATIONS FOR USE
1. Switch ON/OFF - Connect power cord to mains supply. Press <ON> to switch
on and press <OFF> continuously for off.
2. Syringe selection- press OK to confirm syringe
C to change syringe
3. Prime function – remove air bubbles in line using prime.
Press twice – 1 short press and 1 continuous press and release key to stop.
4. Flow rate selection/start - select flow rate (check infusion parameters)
Press validation key to start infusion.
5. Silence - press to silence any alarms.
• 6. Access to menu – press <menu/exit> key to access functions like
- infused volume
- pressure
- battery life
7. Bolus – Press bolus key until flow rate flashes, select flow rate and confirm.
Press <bolus> twice to start and release key to stop.
8. Pause – press <stop> to stop infusion.
Press validation to start infusion.
To program the pause duration press <stop> twice and
select duration.
