Methodology
The upper boundary conditions of the pavement are shown in Table 1, from the
calculation equations of solar radiation (Eq. (1)) and air temperature (Eq. (2)).

Numeral simulation and field test have confirmed that the designed
structure modified by adding 15%(top) + 10%(middle) + 0%(bottom)
dosages of floating beads, could significantly reduce the
temperature of asphalt pavements.
