Definition
• Hand washing is a process that
mechanically remove dirt and debris
from the skin of the hand using plain
soap and water (Department of
Health, 2008).
The purpose of washing hands
• Keep your hands clean.
• Release the hands of germs and
bacteria.
• Preventing the spread of diseases such
as diarrhea, dysentery, cholera, thypus,
intestinal worms, skin diseases, acute
respiratory infection, bird flu, etc.
• Hands became clean and more attractive
appearance
Why should use soap???
