 1- definition of Cloning

 2-history Of cloning
 3- Types Of Human cloning
 4- case of cloning
 5- Asepects of Ethics
 Isthe creation of a genetically identical copy
of a human .It does not refer to monozygotic
multiple births or the reproduction of
humans\animals cells or tissue

 The ethics of cloning is an extremely

controversial issue (‫(امر مثير للجدل‬
 Although
the possibility of cloning humans
had been the subject of speculation ( ‫(موضع‬
‫تكهنات‬
For much of the twentieth century , scientists and
policy makers began to take the prospect
seriously in the 1960s
 Therapeutic cloning
 Reproductive cloning
 Replacement cloning
 Involves cloning cells from an adult for use in
medicine and transplants , and is an active
area of research .
Is an theoretical possibility , and would be a
combination of therapeutic and reproductive
cloning . Reproductive cloning would entail
the replacement of an extensively damaged
,failed,
Or failing body through cloning followed by
whole or partial brain transplant or
harvesting the internal organs of the clone .
 Theterms -Recombinant DNA Technology- or
DNA Cloning- (molecular cloning ,) and
molecular cloning - all refer to the same
process
The transfer of DNA fragment of interest
from one organism to a self-replicating
genetic element such as a bacterial plasmid
and scientists use it in the study .
o Nonmaleficence
o Beneficence
o Autonomy
o Justice
 Risk factors involved
 High percentage of animal clones have not
implanted or gestated lead to genetic
abnormalities .
 Reports of congenital malformation
 Oldest clone to data lived for 5 years
 Premature aging
 Immune-failures
 Cells being cloned may develop genetic
mutations very early on ‫تتطور الطفرات‬
‫الجينيه‬
a. Improve the quality of life
b. Can avoid defects that occur naturally
c. Preserve good genes like intelligence ,
physical attributes , and physical skills
d. Allows infertile couples to have children
e. Ideal transplant donors for terminally ill
 Does the cloning consent to exist ?
 DNA could be used without consent , living or
dead to make a clone .
 Cloning is very expensive
 Rich would benefit, cloning would only be
available to them.
