• Our Environment is an essential part of our life. A clean

environment is very necessary to live a peaceful and healthy
life. An environment is the natural surroundings which help life
to grow and nourish on this earth. It helps human beings,
animals and other living things to grow and develop naturally.
• But nowadays, our environment is disturbing in many ways
which effect on all living beings. Any type of disturbance in
nature’s balance affects the environment totally which ruins the
human lives. We can save our environment with the little step
taken by everyone on the earth. We should reduce the amount
of waste, throwing wastes properly to its place only.
 Ways to Protect Environment

• Turn off unneeded lights even when leaving a room for a short
time.
• Unplug seldom-used appliances.
• Wash clothes with warm or cold water instead of hot.
• Plant trees to shade your home.
• Avoid opening the oven door while cooking, as it reduces the
temperature by 25 to 30 degrees each time.
• Replace outdoor lights with solar lighting.
 Ways to save environment: Using less water

• Check and fix any water leaks.

• Wash and dry only full loads of laundry.
• Don’t wash dishes with the water running continuously.
• Turn the faucet off while brushing your teeth or washing your
hands.
• Reuse your pasta water to water your plants after you've let it
cool down to room temperature.
 Ways to save environment: Creating less Trash

• Reuse items like bags and containers when possible.

• Use cloth napkins instead of paper ones.
• Use reusable plates instead of disposable ones.
• Use reusable containers to store food instead of aluminum foil and
cling wrap.
• Avoid products with several layers of packaging when only one is
sufficient. About 33% of what we throw away is packaging.

• Don't throw trashes everywhere. This will help in lessening
pollutions in air, water, and land.
