 Xiaomi inc is one of the leading smart phone and its


headquarter in Beijing, China.

 Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X smartphone was launched in


February 2017.

 Xiaomi Redmi has been able to differentiate


itself from the competitors by its feature and
price.
Situation Analysis
 As Market Summery Xiaomi Smartphone was launched with the tagline
“Accelerate your life” targeting middle and lower class people.

 It became world’s 4th largest smartphone manufacturer in five years of


its incorporation.
 As Chinese media have nicknamed his company, the “Apple of the
East”
 It has minimized the gap between high and low price by offering high
quality hardware in lower prices.

 As a result it has gain 18% smartphone market share in China.
