 Principles
Indicates whether to enable PRACH frequency-domain position adaptation. If the
PucchSwitch option of the PucchAlgoSwitch parameter is selected, the
PrachFreqOffsetStrategy parameter is set to AUTOMATIC(AUTOMATIC), and this option is
selected, the PRACH frequency-domain position is adaptively adjusted based on the
PUCCH resource usage.

Impact and Observation
• If this option is selected, the PucchSwitch option of the PucchAlgoSwitch parameter is
selected, and the PrachFreqOffsetStrategy parameter is set to
AUTOMATIC(AUTOMATIC), the PRACH frequency-domain position is adaptively
adjusted based on the PUCCH resource usage. Selecting this option slightly
increases the cell capacity when all of the following conditions are met: (1) The
number of UEs in the cell is small; (2) All of the UEs perform full-buffer or burst
services; (3) The traffic requirement is large.
• Observation: UL Cell/user throughput might improve
