 BP Renal Care Ltd. is established in the year 1999 by Dr. Kee Swee Ann, a consultant in Internal
Medicine Nephrologist. The Headquarter is situated at No 192, 193 & 193A, Jalan Shahbandar, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor.
 The institution is dedicated to care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The not-for-profit company, which operates 6
dialysis centres across Johor region, serves more than 400 patients currently. Beside that, the company is also actively involved
in corporate social responsibilities (CRS) works related in conserving the environment and giving donation to NGOs like
National Kidney Foundation and MAKNA.
 BPRC was formed in December 1999.
 After realized seem no one going to help to loan two HD machines for acute dialysis support in southern hospital (now Putra
hospital).
 During that period of Asian economic crisis, the hospital was low in fund and cash.
 Dr. Kee, the founding Doctor, a dialysis trained physician, just freshly trained and back to Batu Pahat with the help of retired
consultant and dialysis technician…..
 We started a small center with 6 reconditioned machines and second hand RO system and within a short period of time the
center was fully booked. Many patients in Batu Pahat who travelled to Johor Baru and Malacca applied back to be dialyzed in
BPRC. They travelled nearly 5-6 hours before this…
 Very soon the dialysis center was full and need to divert the patients back to their respective home where they could truly
travelled the shortest time from home to HD centers in line with government and ISN guidelines.
 So Segamat, Yong Peng and Kluang were set up with much help and plead of local patients and staffs….
 In year 2010 The Government tightened the licensing compliance and the company facing fierce competition from NGOs and
other private budding centers and also from new public hospital HD centers.
 The company survived with the help of clinical manager and finance manager then. All centers finally has been accepted by
Ministry of Health of Malaysia
 Compliance and with licenses, our HQ was setup to continue to upgrade the standards of staffs, dialysis and
better uniformity. BPRC will need to continue to improves in the institution internal strength and external
communications and friendship with other relevant institutions e.g. HUKM Hospital to ensure continuity survival.
 With continue improved patient care and better trained staffs. The company continued to strengthen internal administration and
management governance and transparency.(CI)

 The primary objective of the company is to provide the dialysis therapy for renal failure patients. We aim to satisfy our
patients’ demand for product performance, safety and stable supply. This is because, for patients with end stage renal failure,
their life depends on dialysis therapy, in this case replacement haemodialysis treatment.
