INTRODUCTION

The agribusiness division of Mahindra & Mahindra has established its footprint in
dairy products market with its branded milk Saboro. The name has been derived
from Sabor, a greek word, meaning taste. Launched in Indore on March 22 Year
2016, Saboro pouch milk comes with four variants: Double Toned Milk, Full Cream
Milk, Protein Rich Milk and Cream Rich Milk. It will later expand in Madhya
Pradesh by next with some more new dairy products.
About saboro milk :
Saboro Milk is thicker, creamier and richer than regular milk because a lot
goes into making it that way.

To begin with, we procure the best quality milk directly from farmers. We then put it
through stringent quality checks in our chilling plants to make it even better. It is
then preserved at exactly 40 Celsius and packaged with utmost care so that every
drop stays delicious when it reaches you.
Saboro Milk is high macro and micro nutrients, resulting in a consistency that’s
thick and creamy. This unique thickness makes curd, cream, homemade ghee, a
tastier and superior experience.

Cream Rich Milk :-

The Distinctly thick Cream Rich Milk contains higher FAT content of 6.5% and
SNF of 9.0%. That makes superior thick cream, curd, ghee, deserts and delicious tea
and coffee. Its rich and creamy taste adds that extra something to your dishes and
leaves everyone craving for more. CRM comes in packaging of 400ml tamper proof
pack.
Full Cream Milk (FCM)

Milk Contains FAT content of 6% and SNF of 9%.Saboro full cream milk is high in
energy , rich in taste and extremely delicious. FCM comes in packaging of 500ml
tamper proof pack and 180ml tamper proof pack.
Protein Rich Milk

Enriched with a higher SNF of 9.5% and less FAT of 3.2%, Saboro Protein Rich
Milk is the ideal drink for your growing child. Protein Rich Milk comes in
packaging of 500ml tamper proof pack.
Double Toned Milk (DTM)

Milk Contain a lesser FAT of just 1.5% and an SNF of 9%. Saboro Double Toned
Milk is perfect for the fitness conscious. DTM comes in packaging of 500ml tamper
proof pack and a small pack of 180ml.

Road Activity
Here we implant canopies at different areas and interacting with large number of
peoples and make them aware about SABORO MILK and increase the volume of
sales by giving leaflets.

Here we implant canopies at different parks at mornings and interact with customers
who are health conscious and aware them about SABORO PROTINE RICH MILK
and increase the volume of sales.
Door to door Activity
I have done door to door promotions at different areas of city like Pithampur,
Rajendra Nagar, Vijay Nagar, Sudama Nagar and other areas for creating awareness
about SABORO MILK and increase the volume of sales.
Branding
I have visited many retail outlets and promoted Saboro as a brand by sticking posters, banners and
leaflets.
SABORO had sponsored schoolathon :
At Nehru stadium the schoolathon was held where students of different schools participated. Their I
have done promotion of SABOR milk by implanting canopies, posters, banners and at last SABORO
QUIZ was organized in which all the participant and their parents had taken part very
enthusiastically.

Retailer Acquisition
• We visited local retailers of the given area.
• We had to convince the retailers to sell Saboro milk.
• We used to tell them about the registration process and the attractive commission they will get.

the dairy cultivating business when contrasted with their rivals are extremely old in this market and
influence their Brand To esteem however SABORO is expanding their volume of offers step by
step by doing overwhelming Promotional Activities.

• SABORO MILK present some new advances like Unique Tamper Proof Packaging , Adding
Vitamin A&D, No Preservatives options and Bactolock Process gives an alternate an incentive to
SABORO MILK.
