BHEL.
• Vision : “To be a world class enterprise committed to enhancing
stakeholder value.”

• Mission : “To be an Indian multinational engineering enterprise


providing total business solutions through quality products, system
and services in the fields of energy, industry, transportation,
infrastructures, and other potential areas.”
Reformulated vision

• Vision : “To be a global leader through product


diversification, market expansion for enhancing
value of stake holder.”
• Vision is something that describes what the organization would like to
become.
• So, we have changed the vision “ to be a global leader through product diversification,
market expansion for enhancing value of stakeholders.”
• This vision deals upon the global leadership area and talks about he product
diversification so that there is market expansion due to its various products
and services.
• Having 180 products, 14 manufacturing divisions, 8 service center, 18
regional offices and 100 project site.
Mission
• “To be an Indian multinational engineering enterprise providing total
business solutions through quality products, system and services in
the fields of energy, industry, transportation, infrastructures, and other
potential areas.”
• The mission of BHEL is meaningful and has set a unique purpose and
identifies the scope of the company in term of products and services that its
offers.
• The mission also states that it want to become a multinational engineering
enterprise in India and its has somehow fulfilled that mission
