- Management is the technique of understanding the


problems, needs and controlling the use of Resources,
Cost, Scope and Quality.

1. Manpower: Make mobilize manpower schedule for the project with
clear classification and number of them.
2. Equipment & Tool: Make File Control Sheet of all equipment & tool
for this project and make sure that they can proceed without delay:
maintenance, calibration, …
Note: All welding equipment, including wire feeder or powder feed
units, shall calibrated prior to use. Contractor shall check the
calibration on a regular basis during production.

1. Work Plan: Make overall project schedule and S-cure for overall and
S-cure for fabrication schedule.

Make sure that quality assurance procedure according to Project
procedure.
Welding Note
• Low hydrogen, non-vacuum packed SMAW consumables shall dried
and stored in ovens prior to issue to ensure that they are capable of
meeting a maximum hydrogen level of 10ml H2/100g weld metal
prior to commencing welding.
• FCAW wires shall be stored in accordance with the consumable
manufacturer’s recommendation to ensure that they are capable of
meeting a maximum hydrogen level of 10ml H2/100g weld metal
prior to commencing welding
• SAW fluxes is capable of meeting a maximum hydrogen level of 10 ml
H2/ 100g weld metal prior to commencing welding.
Welding Note
• The warehouse shall be dry, air temperature inside warehouse shall
be 15 độ minimum and relative humidity 60% maximum.

meeting a maximum hydrogen level of 10ml H2/100g weld metal
prior to commencing welding
• SAW fluxes is capable of meeting a maximum hydrogen level of 10 ml

• Arc Air operator shall be properly trained and have current
experience.
