Mr. Htut has extensive international as well as local professional experience in research, due diligence, business development,
management consulting, organizational change, team facilitation, and Lean Six Sigma performance improvement. He has deep
expertise in formulating and executing comprehensive and integrated capital and M&A solutions that accelerate the growth of
young as well as established companies. Mr. Htut has worked with leading Myanmar companies in the financial services, industrial
goods and services, commercial and residential real estate, manufacturing, health care as well as ICT products and services.

As Director of Myanmar Corporate Strategic Advisory Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned Myanmar subsidiary of Daiwa Securities Group,
Japan, he led a team of highly talented and dedicated financial and business consultants to successful development of the
capital exchange market in Myanmar. His team was instrumental to the successful listing of the two of the three foremost entities
on the first ever Exchange (YSX) in the nation. In addition, under his leadership, the TVP team executed the pre-listing financial
advisory for the leading companies, AGD Bank and MAPCO.

Prior to his experience in Myanmar, Mr. Htut was deeply involved with the drug discovery innovation processes of a leading
German drug maker Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, at US Headquarters as a researcher for 17 years. His contributions
and achievements include: Lean Six Sigma Green belt on R&D pipeline, medical innovation, organizational change
management and peer-reviewed scientific publications. In addition, he has advisory experience in the field of business
development via Stern Consulting Corps, for New York City’s business development district.

Mr. Htut earned his MBA from New York University with specializations in Finance, Strategy and Management and master's and

Ingyin Hla Myint is focused on corporate advisory and project management including financial
planning and business strategy, corporate governance, and fundraise via equity, debt
structuring and IPOs, as well as market entry and thematic insights.

Prior to joining Trust Venture Partners, Ms. Myint worked as Head of Finance at Hayman Capital responsible for capital
investment strategy, revenue projection, budget and external fund raising for microfinance operations.
Previously, she worked as Head of Research in private equity and venture capital fund management at Mandalay Capital
and generated business plans for investments totaling over $15 mn.
She performed thematic and structured analyses across various sectors in financial services, media, ICT, internet
ventures, telecom, oil & gas and real estate.

Before, Ms. Myint was in the education sector with a focus on teaching, developing curriculum and research for post-
secondary physics and pre-engineering at ILBC. She interned with many social-impact organizations including Berkshire
Center for Justice, a pro bono legal clinic in the USA assisting entrepreneurs, immigrants and women’s organizations;
and Proximity Designs, a leader in social-business and irrigation products in Myanmar.

Ms. Myint has been published in Geophysical Research Letter from her undergraduate studies in experimental physics.
She holds a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Bard College at Simon’s Rock in the United States.
