Increasing the number of learning hours in a day, rationalization of holidays and vacation,
would provide a way to optimally utilize the resources like the Physical Infrastructure,
Land and Building with installed equipment and Human resource.
Optimally utilize existing infrastructure by providing vocational short term refreshing courses.
The recruitment and remuneration of the teaching staff needs to be adjusted accordingly.
High attrition amongst students needs to be controlled with great care and deliberation
so as to curb large wastage both in financial terms and in terms of human resources

A very small percentage (hardly 2-3 %) opts for formal vocational courses
after 8th to 12th class in India.
The provision of giving stipend on a monthly basis to the students may encourage them to
pursue these professional courses the non-value adding hours
The focus of the placement on absorbing the competent workforce locally, that limits the
migration of students to far off areas, could be of help in lowering the attrition in the Industry.
Optimally utilize existing infrastructure by providing vocational short term refreshing courses.
