 As I have 8yrs Exposure to various hospitals and different sort of
patients after I finished my DGO ,I am able to do normal deliveries ,LSCS
by myself independently.
 Added to this I also worked in General Medicine Dept in UK so I can
handle competently pregnancy with medical complications like
DVT,PE,HTN etc
 I got plenty of exposure in doing MTP,PAP smear, Cervical
biopsy,DD&C,Suction Evacuation, Loop Insertions,IUI,HSG etc
 I can do Total Abdominal Hysterectomy but had did very few by my own
 I Assisted lots of Vaginal Hysterectomy Cases
 I managed vast majority of pregnancy induced complicated cases like
Severe Anaemia,Pre Eclampsia,Diabetes ETC
 I am also a part of the team who managed complicated pregnancy cases
like placenta previa,placenta accreta,PPH ,Ectopic pregnancy etc
 I also performed lot of minor procedures like ABG ,IV Cannulations etc
 I am competent in History taking,Counsiling
the patients, Arriving to appropriate
Diagnosis and providing necessary treatment.
 I am good in taking Consent from the patient
after explaining them completely what we r
doing.
 I underwent training in infertility management
and IUI procedures. I see lots of infertility
patients in day to day practise.
 I have reasonable experience with clinical audit
having done one audit during my post graduate
diploma period.
 My audit was about “Maternal Poverty and rates of
peripartum complications". This was a retrospective
audit based on clinical notes over 3month period.
 We found people who were from poorer background
had more peripartum complications compared to
middle and higher middle income group mothers.
 This was received well and encouraged community
workers to stress on nutrition and compliance with
supplemental therapy whilst visiting the pregnant
women at home.
 I have enjoyed teaching whilst working as
post graduate trainee, but opportunities were
scanty at my last job being very busy and
service oriented.
 I have taken all possible opportunities, and
attended several interactive CME sessions.
 I would love to take active part in any
educational activities.
 I am very good team player. I had appreciated
the value of all members in a team.

 I had developed a very good rapport with all

my colleagues as post graduate trainee, and
had a very enjoyable time as team leader at
my last job.
 I have easy going personality and i can fit into any organization
or work place with ease.
 I am happy to take responsibility within my ability, and give
patient safety up most importance.
 I know when to ask for help from senior colleagues, and would
get along with all colleagues well.
 I have basic computer skills and can manage Microsoft office
applications.
 I have good knowledge of English, and can also speak Hindi
fluently.
 Despite being a full time mother i had managed to clear all
necessary exams to enable me to work in the United Kingdom,
this shows my motivated character.
 Having worked in high density population areas, I had good
exposure to all basic skills like history taking, arranging
investigations and collecting and collating the reports.
 I have much better understanding of
obstetrical and gynaecological emergencies
due to longer exposure .
 I am keen to learn more, and I am confident I
would learn quickly in m job.
