PROJECT OVERVIEW:

 People of Digital Age can easily adapt change and can


readily embrace modernity. This era would be the
hardest period where all you have to do is to follow
world trends. They have witnessed numerous discoveries
and mass inventions that are undeniably life changing. So
we come up to a brilliant idea to craft a portable device
that will surely transform your burden into a piece of
heaven.
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
• We introduce to you the “BACK-Vrator”.
This invention relates to an ordinary
backpack with a massaging unit for
stimulation the selected areas of the
user’s body through vibration.
Scientifically, vibration gives a temporary
comfort to a person’s muscle.

• A massage, which is accompanied by
vibration, is good to a person’s health and
well-being which contributes a lot in our
survival. So because it is a clear sign that
massage is really beneficial. It has been a
long wait to innovate a massaging unit
incorporated in a backpack.

• So due to the market demand and needs
of the household, we are planning to
introduce to the market a new developed
“BACK-Vrator” for stimulating the
muscles of an individual wearing this
backpack to relieve stress associated with
carrying load.

• It is an object of this invention to apply
massaging therapy to the selected area of
an individual to counteract the pressure
of a loaded backpack.This new form of
product of technology will be the new
trend in the market world.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

 Massage therapy is a well-known treatment


for relieving minor aches and pains associated
with every day activities. Massage therapy
works by increasing blood supply to the areas
of the body stimulated by the massaging
sensation. This therapy is useful in treating
acute pains and spasms in the muscles brought
on by either tension or injury to the muscles
themselves.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

 The “BACK-Vrator” comprises at least one


shoulder strap for massaging an individual
which includes at least one massaging unit
carried by the shoulder strap. It also has at
least one power supply carried by the
backpack and is connected to the massaging
unit.

 Additionally, it has at least one actuated


member carried by the backpack being
connected to the massaging unit for the
massaging the actuating unit when the
backpack is worn by an individual so that the
massaging sensation is applied to selected
areas of the user.

 The massaging unit of the backpack includes a
vibrating member producing vibrations
stimulating the user’s selected area. The
backpack power supply comprises at least one
replaceable battery carried by the backpack.
The backpack also includes a storage
compartment for receiving an optional lower
back massaging unit that is positioned in clear
proximity to the user.

 Why do we need this device?


We really need this product simply because everyone
of us needs to have a good massage at least once a month: (1)
to get rid of tension, (2) to lessen muscles stress, (3) to
relieve pain and, (4) to feel a bit more relaxed and
comfortable. The “BACK-Vrator” suits for children,
teenagers, and adults especially to those people who suffer
from minor backache and common muscle pain. Through
this device, you can be more relaxed by just wearing it and
turning it on and you just let the backpack to do its work.

Methods
TV Commercial

To effectively advertise our product, we decided


to film a TV commercial on ABS-CBN station as one
of the most watched stations here in the country. As
we all know, TV advertisement is still by the most
effective advertising medium. We choose ABS-CBN
station for it is the leading station here in the
Philippines. Our commercial will be aired during
primetime for it is a family time where viewers watch
television with their family as form of bond.
Radio Commercial

To promote our product, we arrive to the decision to


produce a radio commercial. We choose 90.7 Love Radio
Station to advertise our product because it has been
recognized and awarded as the most leading radio station
in the Philippines for 12 consecutive years. The station is
DJ’d by the partners Chris Tsuper and Nicole Hyala airs
nationwide. Our advertisement will be aired in the
morning when most Filipinos turn their radio on to break
the silence and listen to their favorite station.
Brochures

Providing a promotional brochure and


distributing it to the people is the cheapest way of
advertising product. We also use this method as a
means of popularizing our product for some
probable customers cannot catch up our
advertisement aired in radio and television.
Billboard

Despite the fact that billboard is just limited


within a certain area, it can also be effective if it is
on a crowded place. Additionally, this form of
advertising product is posted 24/7 and can be seen
anytime. With its size 50x70 feet, we are very
positive that it will catch the eye of the people.
