SEGUROS DE TRANSPORTES INTERNACIONAL

La finalidad del seguro es amparar los bienes transportados

contra los riesgos que puedan afectarles durante su
desplazamiento de un lugar a otro y en el transcurso de
períodos en que los bienes deben permanecer en reposo
debido a las circunstancias del viaje (carga/descarga,
estancias...).
Son aquellos por los cuales una de las partes contratantes (el
asegurador) se obliga frente a la otra parte (el asegurado) a
pagar una indemnización, conforme a lo pactado, cuando se
produzca un evento contemplado.
CARACTERISTICAS

ES BILATERAL: Crea obligaciones recíprocas para el

asegurador y el asegurado y, en su caso, el tomador.
ES ALEATORIO: Está sujeto a que se produzca el siniestro o
evento dañoso.
ES FORMAL: La legislación especifica que debe formalizarse
por escrito.
ES DE ADHESION: Las cláusulas y condiciones generales son
fijas, no negociables.
ELEMENTOS

PRIMA: Es el precio que el tomador debe pagar al asegurador.

RIESGO: Es el evento posible, objeto del contrato.
INTERES: Es un parámetro que sirve para fijar la indemnización en
el caso de que se produzca el siniestro.
DAÑO: Es la lesión o perjuicio, en forma de necesidad económica,
que sufre el asegurado en caso de producirse el siniestro.
INDEMNIZACION: Contraprestación aleatoria que, en caso de
producirse el daño, debe pagar el asegurador
COBERTURA DE SEGURO DE TRANSPORTE
INTERNACIONAL
Ante los diversos Riesgos que existen en toda expedición o
viaje de mercaderías hay exposiciones que pueden generar
perjuicios económicos a las empresas Importadoras y/o
Exportadoras. Por tal motivo, a través de los seguros de
transportes internacionales ofrecemos las más amplias
Coberturas:
Todo Riesgo proveniente por Causas Externas, incluyendo los
Riesgos Marítimos (Echazón, Avería Gruesa, etc.), y demás
riesgos con destino a cualquier punto dentro del Perú o desde
el Resto del Mundo.
COBERTURA DE SEGURO DE TRANSPORTE
INTERNACIONAL

En Gerencia de Riesgos los Asesoramos sobre Coberturas,

Condiciones según Incoterms, Exclusiones, Pólizas Flotantes
según Movimientos anuales, etc.
Además, obtendrá un Asesoramiento Especializado en casos
de un eventual Siniestro para garantizar la correcta
operatividad y el resarcimiento del mismo.
ELEMENTOS PERSONALES DEL CONTRATO DE
SEGUROS

El asegurador: empresa de seguros.

El tomador: deberá abonar una retribución (prima) al
asegurador.
El asegurado: tiene derecho a la indemnización.
SEGURO DE CRÉDITO A LA EXPORTACIÓN

El Seguro de Crédito a la Exportación es un mecanismo de

coberturas que protege a los exportadores contra los Riesgos
Ordinarios y Extraordinarios del Comercio Internacional,
permitiendo a los mismos resarcirse de los daños
ocasionados por determinados acontecimientos que pudieren
impedir el cobro o recuperación de los créditos acordados a
sus compradores en el exterior.
SEGURO DE CRÉDITO A LA EXPORTACIÓN

Los riesgos se clasifican en:

a) Riesgos Ordinarios: que son de naturaleza comercial;
insolvencia o incumplimiento en el pago.
b) Riesgos Extraordinarios: que son de carácter catastrófico
o político.
TIPOS DE PÓLIZAS EN TRANSPORTES

Existen distintas maneras de contratar una póliza según las

necesidades y características de cada caso. Así, las más
comunes son:
Pólizas Individual: Se utilizan para cubrir un solo viaje. Su
duración es por el periodo que dure el viaje por lo general
duran máximo 6 meses desde la fecha de emisión.
TIPOS DE PÓLIZAS EN TRANSPORTES

Pólizas Flotantes: Se utilizan para una operación o un conjunto de ellas

relacionadas que implique un número considerable de viajes. Tiene una
duración indefinida y se mantiene vigente mientras así lo determinen las
partes. La prima se regula periódicamente mediante suplementos en
función del número de viajes efectuados y el valor asegurado en cada uno
de ellos.
Pólizas Anual: Estas pólizas se basan en la facturación o el volumen que
se pretende asegurar sin necesidad de comunicar cada desplazamiento
durante un año. En función de este parámetro se calcula una prima anual,
siendo regularizadle después de cada periodo, según el volumen
realmente transportado.
