What a CEO actually DOES:
An up-close view of the daily life of
the CEO on campus
• The CEO seeks to achieve that staff diversity reflects college and
community populations.
• The CEO forwards personnel actions to the board as required;
informs the board about other key personnel issues.

Supervising the College’s Greatest Resource–
