operation process thereby involving them in
the planning of their area of responsibility
will full assumption of command
responsibility and accountability of their
respective department operation

• Regular meeting - specific strategic
planning topic for the week will be
given. Guidelines on how to work on
the planning will be provided by the
GM. Each department will work on the
strategic planning topic as homework.

WHAT IS STRATEGIC PLANNING?
• Strategic planning is an organizational
management activity that is used to set
priorities, focus energy and resources,
strengthen operations, ensure that employees
and other stake holders are working toward
common goals, establish agreement around
intended outcomes / results, and assess and
adjust the organization’s direction in response
to changing environment.
