PIONEER IN CAGAYAN
Mr. Van Haus Sapla, a bona fide resident of Gonzaga,
Cagayan wants to develop his five-hectare (49,981 sq. m.) lot
located in Santa Clara, Gonzaga,Cagayan. Mr. Sapla wanted to
establish an Agriculture-themed park, stressing that a part of the
theme park should be allocated to a large scale swine house,
housing approximately 500 pigs to cater the meat demand of the
whole town of Gonzaga and other nearby towns.

the Babuyan Channel, on the east
by the Philippine Sea and the

south by the Municipality of Lallo,
and on the west by the Municipality

nearest commercial center; 125
kilometers from Tuguegarao City, the
Regional Center and capital of the

heart of Manila via Nueva Viscaya;
