CONCLUSION
Overall impact of Erasmus Plus
Erasmus Plus Projects are a qualitative, strong tool that supports
both formal and non-formal education while assisting teachers in acquiring
advanced, highly standardized and qualitative delivery of education to
learners of all ages. Implementing this Erasmus Plus Projects in our lower
secondary schools meant ensuring the promotion of European values and
achieving European learning standards through direct contact to countless
European resources, exchange of ideas and open access to unmediated
experiencing opportunities. Moreover, Erasmus Plus Projects brought
essential contribution to the overall development of the learner as well as the
teacher, manifested in terms of knowledge, attitudes and skills required for
living in a modern, polyvalent world, in need of highly and suitable trained
young human resources as future workforce.
Final questionnaire

CONCLUSION
Overall impact of Erasmus Plus
Erasmus Plus Projects shape and develop learners` personalities by
transforming them into well balanced and harmonious ones, more tolerant
and unprejudiced against the others, more flexible in front of different
contextual changes, more easily adaptable to new and different. They
provide young learners with proper and real contexts for understanding that
strength lies in differences, not in similarities, that every one of us is a part
of everyone else and that accepting each other means being richer and
stronger.

CONCLUSION
Overall impact of Erasmus Plus

International cooperation helps teachers to progress in their career

and acquire professional development by making them more compatible
teachers with the reality of this contemporary society in order for them to be
more qualified to educate and form capable students, and also to be more
capable of developing students` social and communicative skills.

The teachers taking part in this experience are expected to reform

the educational process in the way of successfully overcoming the
traditionalist approach and motivating students while also bringing parents
closer to school and more involved in the educational activities.
