Introduction
Waste management is all about how solid waste can be changed and used as a
valuable resource and how to reduce the creation of solid waste.
Scope of Study
To study the waste management and resource recovery strategy for University
Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM).

Discussion
From the data, we conclude that the hard waste materials are came from
can, bottles, plastic, food waste and the most produce hard waste materials
which is papers.
Most of the staff doing the recycling because to earn money and help
environment. They could get RM30 in two weeks from 7kg of waste materials
(RM4.20/kg)
Half of the respondents rarely separate the waste
