Obesity ?
In 2010, according to WHO about 43 million children under the
age of five are obesity. As many as 35 million children are
obesity live in developing countries and 8 million more are in the
developed countries
In Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, the prevalence of obesity
increased with increasing age. At the age of 6-12 years found
obesity around 4%, the teenager found 6.2% of 12-18 years, 17-
18 years and at the age of approximately 11.4%

habits as well as increased revenue factor, able to affect
change in the selection of the type and amount of food

The most useful methods and most widely used to
measure the rate of obesity is the Body Mass Index (BMI)
calculates
Obesity can be cause by channeling emotional problems
to excessive eating. Stress is one of the factors that can
affect weight

Eat more fruits and vegetable

Eat five to six servings of fruits and vegetables daily.

hours a day
For childern with severe obesity, the amount of time to watch tv should be
limited to an hour a day
Prioritize childern to have at least an hour of
physical activity
Limit the frequency of eating out in
restaurants
Familiarize children for breakfast every morning
with a healthy food
Changing food processing

Most important: Make an efforts to address obesity in
childern as a program for the whole family
