珠算
珠算，是以算盘为工具，用来计算多位数的加、减、乘、除、四则计算、开方等题型。其运珠技巧
有一定的规律及口诀，当使用者能熟练操作算盘，除了会快速的求出正确答案外，也能透过脑
细胞的滋长，将算盘的盘式，档次及珠子的浮动变化描绘到脑子里，即好像在脑子里有把「活
算盘」，这种活算盘的影像，称为「虚盘」。珠算式心算正是要手脑并用。

the brain.

透过珠算可以激发孩子的抽象思维；运 用左脑，从而大脑和思维
均未充分得到利用发挥。珠算、珠心算属于形象思维，所以能增
多右脑活动的机会，从而能比较全面的开发大脑。
 Crayon Painting
蜡笔画
以蜡笔（蜡液和颜料融合、凝固制成）在纸、布或板材上绘成的画。蜡笔没有渗透
性，是靠附着力固定在画面上，不适宜用过于光滑的纸、板，亦不能通过色彩的反
复叠加求得复合色。但通过轻擦或厚涂以及色彩之间的色相对比，蜡笔画也能收到
浓丽鲜艳、沉着厚实的艺术效果。另外，蜡笔画还可以通过自由掌握的粗细笔触直
接进行艺术造型，产生高度概括的艺术形象，具有特殊的稚拙美感。它是儿童学习
色彩画的理想工具，一些画家用它进行写生和色彩记录。

 Oil Painting
油画
油画是以用快干性的植物油（亚麻仁油、罂粟油、核桃油等）调和颜料，在画布亚麻
布，纸板或木板上进行制作的一个画种。作画时使用的稀释剂为挥发性的松节油和干
性的亚麻仁油等。画面所附着的颜料有较强的硬度，当画面干燥后，能长期保持光泽。
凭借颜料的遮盖力和透明性能较充分地表现描绘对象，色彩丰富，立体质感强。油画
是西洋画的主要画种之一。

水彩画

水彩画是用水调和透明颜料作画的一种绘画方法，简称水彩，由于色彩透明，一
层颜色覆盖另一层可以产生特殊的效果，但调和颜色过多或覆盖过多会使色彩肮
脏，水干燥的快，所以水彩画不适宜制作大幅作品，适合制作风景等清新明快的
小幅画作。颜色携带方便，也可作为速写，搜集素材用。

筝，又称古筝、秦筝，是一种中国传统弹弦乐器，深深的

演奏技法 :
古筝常用演奏手法采用右手大、食、中三指拨弦，弹出旋律、掌
握节奏，用左手在筝柱左侧顺应弦的张力、控制弦音的变化，以
润色旋律。筝的指法颇多，右手有托、劈、挑、抹、剔、勾、摇
、撮等，左手有按、滑、揉、颤等。

水墨画：是绘画的一种形式，更多时候，水墨画被视为中国传统绘画，也就是国画
的代表。基本的水墨画，仅有水与墨，黑与白色，但进阶的水墨画，也有工笔花鸟
画，色彩缤纷。後者有时也称为彩墨画。在中国画中，以中国画特有的材料之一，
墨为主要原料加以清水的多少引为浓墨、淡墨、干墨、湿墨、焦墨等，画出不同浓
淡（黑、白、灰）层次。别有一番韵味称为“墨韵”。而形成水墨为主的一种绘画
形式。

 Jazz
爵士舞
Jazz has become one of the most popular dance styles in recent
years, mainly due to its popularity on television shows, movies,
music videos and commercials. People enjoy watching jazz
dancers, as the dancing is fun and energetic.

爵士舞已经成为近年来最流行的舞蹈风格之一，一般在电视节
目，电影，音乐录影带和广告上看到。街舞是一个充满活力与
有趣的舞蹈。

Class Structure:
Jazz class music styles ranging from hip-hop to show tunes, the beat alone
will get you moving. Jazz teachers begin with a thorough warm-up, then lead
the class in a series of stretching exercises and isolation movements.
Isolations involve moving one part of the body while the rest of the body
remains still. Jazz dancers also practice the art of suspension. Suspension
involves moving through positions instead of stopping and balancing in them.
Teachers will end the class with a short cool down to help prevent muscle
soreness.
