safety measures undertaken by the organization

• To identify various factors for accidents.

FINDINGS
•60% of the respondents strongly agree with employees are
aware of the work and risk involved in their work.

•54% of the respondents strongly agree that company is


keen in making sure that the operator work safely.

•64% of the respondents strongly agree that better


knowledge about safety equipment and use of it avoid
accidents.

•48% of the respondents agree that the employee knows


about the importance of safety equipment.
• 60% of the respondents strongly agree that the employees
felt comfortable to work using safety equipments.

• 69% of the respondents strongly agree that the overall


employee feels safe to work with the machinery and the
environment.

• 46% of the respondents strongly agree that the safety


training given by the company is enough to prevent
accidents.

• 51% of the respondents strongly agree that the time taken


by the company to act and rectify the reported problem is
satisfactory
• 68% of the respondents felt that there is no unsafe act in
the work area.

• 80% of the respondents felt that there is no unsafe


condition in the machinery.

• 49% of the respondents strongly agree that the company is
open to employee suggestions on safety if it is valid

in their department.

•45% of the respondents felt that Improper Handling of


Machines is reason for occurrence of accidents
